20 Westbridge Drive

QuadReal is pleased to announce the commencement of construction of 20 Westbridge Drive, Halton Hills, a brand new 36' clear 324,708 square foot distribution facility at the corner of Steeles Avenue and Fifth Line. Access to Highway 401 is provided via James Snow Parkway or Trafalgar Road interchanges. The building will provide 59 truck level doors and signalized egress right onto Steeles Avenue. Single tenant or multi tenant configurations are available. 20 Westbridge Drive will be ready for Q3 2019.
