Building Description

18 York (PwC Tower) is located in the heart of the emerging Southcore area and is part of the Southcore Financial Centre (SFC) complex, which also includes 120 Bremner and the new Delta Toronto hotel. The building features lobby access via escalators to a 2nd floor PATH corridor which connects to Union Station, Go Train, UP Express, the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, Rogers Centre, Air Canada Centre and to the Financial District.


The LEED Platinum designated 18 York maximizes efficiencies and design integrity all within an excellent connected location in the vibrant Southcore community. The column free design allows for flexible and efficient planning opportunities for a variety of tenant layouts. The floor to ceiling glazing provides open work areas with natural light penetration from all directions. Typical ceiling height is over 11 feet to the underside of the slab for open ceilings concepts and 9 feet to the underside of the base building t-bar system. A Raised Access Floor system provides under floor air distribution with individually controlled diffusers allowing for optimum comfort, ventilation and energy reduction. 18 York utilizes the Deep Lake Water Cooling system resulting in a reduction of hydro consumption for tenants. Other complex features include an urban forest outdoor amenity, a new 13,000 sq/ft tenant-exclusive fitness club, a full service 5,000 sq/ft restaurant in the adjacent connected complex building lobby and a bright-modern eatery featuring fresh and quick serve food providers.
